I grew up as a Kiwi-born Chinese, looking from multiple perspectives simultaneously and code-switching between contexts. Today, my ongoing mission of inserting myself into as many new situations as possible and learning from communities of diverse ages and backgrounds is a choice.

My work begins with and comes back to the overshadowed, the small and the quiet.
